Balnc Studios offer a fusion of Myofascial Release, Suspension and Pilates with the full Pilates Studio repertoire of the Trapeze Table, Reformers (2 of them), and the chair. We facilitate sessions with clients looking for therapeutic to wellness conditioning through our in person as well as online programming. For Professional trainers we also offer a Virtual Training Platform for their development to integrate Pilates, Suspension Therapy and Wellness Conditioning into their practice.
