Balnc Pilates the fusion of Myofascial Release, Suspension and Pilates

Balnc Pilates is the fusion of Myofascial Release, Suspension and Pilates with their Integrated Trainers and well as their Pilates Suspension System. We support clients with their therapeutic to wellness conditioning through our in person as well as online using our products. We have a coaching platform to development coaches as well as we are working towards providing certification on Pilates's Trapeze Table, Reformer and Chair, all with the integration of our suspension products.
