The Take 5 Fitness Studio is dedicated to providing the local community with convenient wellness and fitness opportunities in a small, personal setting. A variety of small group fitness classes are offered as well as personal and small group training. The trainers and instructors are passionate about helping others improve their fitness and overall wellbeing.

What’s in the name? Based on the expression take 5, to take a break, our name reminds us to take a break from our hectic lives.  Taking time for ourselves and what we need to live a healthier, happier life. Additionally, the name stresses the importance of the 5 components of fitness:  muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition.
