PILATES NORTH
We are unique in our small-class size which allows us to really know our clients and focus on their individual needs. We teach Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Jump-board classes. We aim to educate as well as strengthen- so that you are able to reap the many benefits of Pilates outside of your class times.
