Balnc is a movement and wellness methodology developed by Rena Shields, Clinical Pilates Practitioner, designed to support both therapeutic recovery and whole-body conditioning.
Balnc delivers a unique fusion of Myofascial Release, Suspension Therapy, Yoga, and Pilates, brought together in thoughtfully programmed sessions. Our approach emphasizes balance, strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
We offer Private Sessions and One-on-One classes that provide the structure and individual attention needed for a truly balanced movement practice. Balnc supports clients across the full spectrum, from therapeutic rehabilitation to wellness-based conditioning, through both in-person experiences and online programming.
For fitness and wellness professionals, Balnc is also available as a development resource, supporting the integration of Pilates, Suspension Therapy, and wellness conditioning into existing practices through our YouTube channel @balncmovement.
