Dojo Fitness - Get Fighting Fit

Bootcamp training is a great way to get fit as it is a more holistic style of training.

Benefits of training without shoes are:
- Better contact on the ground
- Encourages better balance

The 1-hour sessions always include:
- 5 minute warm-up
- 40 minute training session
- 15 minutes stretching

Every last Saturday of the month:
- Same ‘test’ session to measure your progression!
