I’m Olga Healey — Exercise Therapist, Kinesiologist, and the one who started Fitness YinYang. I built this place for one reason: to help women over 50 move well, feel strong, and love getting older — together.

Every class, I’m right there with you. Cheering you on, guiding you through, and having a laugh at the plank faces too.
