SPORTS MEDICINE GENISYS GYMNASIUM

Genisys Gymnasium is a unique facility which combines sports and exercise medicine within a fully equipped gym. This fully equipped Gym offers comprehensive state-of-the-art equipment to assist with the rehabilitation of patients, to transcend the barriers where traditional rehabilitation ceases and to assist with athletes to improve their sporting performance.

OUR GYM

The Gymnasium offers the latest range of cardiovascular exercise equipment, free weights and pin loaded resistance training equipment and a large mezzanine area for group fitness classes and fitness & Health Tutorial Workshops.

The Gym is also supported by our Sports Allied Health team which includes Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists, to support your health, sport and life.

The Gym is available for all our practitioners to assist their patients as well as forming a base for our gym-based condition and work conditioning programs. It is also available for use by our patients at any time in between consultations to assist with achieving their rehabilitation and fitness goals.
