Our children’s programs promote the setting and achieving of goals and the more goals they reach, the more their confidence grows. Our classes for teens are centred around reward for effort and building a resilient mindset. The positive, habitual behaviour that they learn at Integr8 can be applied to their education, social interactions and family life. We also offer classes catering to women which are geared towards self-defence – a must for any woman living in today’s world who wants to empower herself and take charge of her future.
