Membership and Fees

All members must complete a registration form and agree to these terms before participating in any classes.

Membership fees must be paid on time, either fortnightly or as agreed upon. Late payments may result in additional fees and membership suspensions if left unresolved.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of gym closure or special circumstances approved by management.

Health and Safety

Members must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participating by agreeing to and signing a waiver.

Members train at their own risk. The gym is not responsible for injuries sustained during training.

Appropriate training attire and protective gear must be worn during classes and sparring.

Members must follow coaches' instructions to ensure safety for themselves and others.

Code of Conduct

Respect for coaches, staff, and fellow members is mandatory. Bullying, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

The gym enforces a "No Ego" policy — all members are expected to stay humble, train hard, and support each other.

Any damage to equipment caused by misuse must be reported and may be chargeable.

Class Participation

Members must arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may be asked to wait for the next session.

Sparring classes require coach approval and proper protective equipment.

Coaches reserve the right to deny participation if they believe a member’s behavior or condition poses a risk.

Cancellation and Freezing Membership

Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons or extended travel, with proof provided.

Liability Waiver

By joining, members acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of martial arts training.

The gym is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

Photography and Media

The gym may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to be included should notify management.

Amendments

The gym reserves the right to amend these terms. Members will be notified of any changes.
