Terms and Conditions for Joining Phoenix Kai Karate

1. Membership and Fees

Upon joining, all members are required to pay a registration fee of $82. Membership options are flexible, offering weekly payments. You may select from the following membership tiers:

Basic Pack: $35 per week (includes access to 2 classes per week).
Triple Pack: $44 per week (includes access to 3 classes per week).
Trial Class: $10 for a one-time 30-minute introductory session.

Please note that membership prices are subject to change. Registration and payments are handled through our third-party provider, Clubworx.

2. Class Attendance

Classes are offered for ages 5 and up, with specific times and levels suited to the students' abilities. Students are expected to attend regularly to maintain progress in their training.

3. Conduct and Etiquette

Students are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes discipline, respect, and a positive learning environment. Any behavior that disrupts the class or violates dojo rules may result in disciplinary action.

4. Uniforms and Equipment

Students are required to wear the appropriate karate uniform (gi) during all sessions. For the first class, comfortable athletic clothing may be worn. Additional equipment for advanced training may be required, and students will be notified in advance.

5. Health and Safety

Students must inform instructors of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to train. Phoenix Kai Karate ensures a safe training environment, but students participate at their own risk. Parents or guardians are required to sign a waiver for minors.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Memberships may be cancelled at any time with appropriate notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are not provided for missed classes unless due to extenuating circumstances.
