I will faithfully comply with all the rules and regulations of the school and the traditions of the Martial Arts.

I understand that Red Boat Kung Fu owners, staff, volunteers or members may take photo or video footage during or around class times or events. This media may be used for paid or social advertising purposes. I understand that I can speak to in person, email or phone Red Boat Kung Fu management at any time if I believe content has been inappropriately used.

I understand the practice of martial arts is a “dangerous recreational activity” as that phrase is defined in Division 5 of the Civil Liability Act 2002.

I declare that I understand and agree that Red Boat Kung Fu will not be held liable or accountable for injuries, damages, illnesses or consequential loss of physical ability or earnings arising from my participation in classes, or whilst otherwise training whether independently or in the company of others.

I covenant personally and for my heirs, administrators and executors not to hold Red Boat Kung Fu responsible for, nor take or make any action, suit, claim, demand, cost or expense of any description whatsoever including instructors, students, shareholders or directors and hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Red Boat Kung Fu.

I understand that I am agreeing to a recurring subscription which is not affected by my lesson schedule and/or attendance.

If this agreement is terminated (direct debit/ongoing agreements only) a one month cancellation fee will apply. Notice must be given in writing. The cancellation will take affect 30 days after the date cancellation or suspension notification is received.

The above information, which I understand is fundamental to this application, is true and correct in every particular.
