Based on modified Korean Karate we also incorporate weapons training and self defence. a casual training atmosphere that is designed to help individuals on their Martial Arts Journey. Don't want to grade, that's ok. Can't make it each and every week, that's ok. Our goal is to make the benefits of traditional style Martial Arts more accessible to everyone, in a more modern setting. Through the training you will build self-confidence, self-discipline and improve skills like co-ordination balance, fine and gross motor skills. Martial arts is also a great way to to keep fit, learn new skills and meet new people. we work with people to help customise their training to their individual to get the most out of Martial Arts.
