Our origin...
Get Bent Yoga was created by 200hr registered yoga teacher Frankie, upon completion of her teacher training in January 2019. Frankie has been practicing yoga for over 7 years, in various different parts of the world. Starting out in her hometown in the UK, London, New York City, Bali and now Australia.
Our yoga...
The focus for Get Bent’s style of yoga is centred around teaching the fundamentals of Vinyasa and Yin. Incorporating the two, to create a harmonious balance, for mind and body. Our aim is to appeal to all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced yogi’s. Making yoga accessible for everyone.
Our studio...
Our mantra as a studio is “listen to your body”. Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are, or how strong you are. For us, it’s about giving your body what it needs. This can vary from day to day, sometimes we need an energising Vinyasa flow, and sometimes we need a restorative Yin class.
Getting to us...
The studio is set inside SJJA Zetland jujitsu academy, but don't worry, we have our very own space. Students can either enter via the front entrance on 64 Epsom Road, or enter via Chester Lane. There is both street parking out the front of the gym and at the back in Chester Lane. We are also only a 9 minute walk from Green Square station!

If you are new to Get Bent Yoga, we offer a free class for first time members! To sign up, visit our "Waivers" button at the top right corner of our website homepage and sign up for your first class! Don't forget once you have filled in your waiver, to use your member portal to book into your chosen class using our calendar.
