1. About the website

1.1 Welcome to Get-bent-yoga.clubworx.com ( the 'Website') . The website provides you with the opportunity to browse and purchase classes, that are listed for sale through the website (the 'products'). The website provides you with this service by way of granting you access to the content of the website (the 'purchase services').

1.2 The Website is operated by Clubworx PTY LTD. Access to and use of the website, or any of its associated products or purchase services, is provided by Clubworx. Please read all terms and conditions (the 'terms') carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you must cease usage of the website, or any of the purchase services, immediately.

1.3 Get Bent Yoga reserves the right to change any of the terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When Get Bent Yoga updates the terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the terms. Any changes to the terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the terms for your records.

2. Acceptance of the terms

You accept the terms by remaining on the website. You may also accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the terms where this option is made available to you by Get Bent Yoga or Clubworx in the user interface.

3. Registration to use the member portal and purchase services

3.1 In order to access the purchase services, you must first register as a user of the member portal. As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the purchase services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification & contact details), including:

(a) An email address.

(b) Full name.

(d) A telephone number.

(e) Credit or debit card details.

(f) A password.

3.2 You warrant that any information you give to Get Bent Yoga in the course of completing the registration process will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

3.3 Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the website (Member) and agree to be bound by the terms. As a member you will be granted immediate access to the purchase services provided.

4. Studio Terms and Conditions

4.1 Please read through all terms and conditions before signing up to our member portal. While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Get Bent Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

4.2 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class as late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. Leaving class early without a medical reason is strongly discouraged. Please Sign in using the studio COVID QR code at the main reception before making your way to the yoga studio and signing in with your teacher.

4.3 For Covid safety your temperature will be required to be checked upon entry and Get Bent Yoga has the right to refuse entry at any time.

4.4 Bookings are to be made using our Clubworx ( get-bent-yoga.clubworx.com) website or in person at the studio. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. Class payment must be made upon booking.

4.5 You will follow all instructions given to you by Get Bent Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury. Get Bent Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.

4.6 By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Cancellation policy

5.1 Class cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before class time via your Clubworx Get Bent Yoga member portal without incurring a fee. Cancellations made inside of the 4 hour window will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

5.2 In the event of a now show, Get Bent Yoga reserves the right to charge the full amount of the class with no refunds under any circumstances. Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 4 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.

5.3 Get Bent Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Drop Ins or any class passes for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

5.4 Get Bent Yoga is not responsible if class pass holders cannot use Get Bent Yoga’s services or facilities because of an event caused by a natural force such as COVID-19 restrictions, extreme weather, or something similar beyond our reasonable control.

5.5 Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.

6. Pricing

6.1 All purchases are final. Get Bent Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

6.2 All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

6.3 Get Bent Yoga reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees which may incur from disputed or failed transactions regarding a students account.

7. COVID19 Restrictions

7.1 By purchasing any of the services offered by Get Bent Yoga you agree to observe any COVID-19 restrictions or recommendations imposed by the New South Wales Government and/or the Australian Government.
